Refund policy
Damaged Product: Email us at ecopakonline@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or full/partial refund. Claims after 3 days won’t be accepted.
Missing Quantity: Contact us within 3 days if you receive fewer items. We’ll either send the missing quantity or refund the difference.
Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days. We’ll send the correct item and arrange pickup for the incorrect one.
Change of Mind/Size: No refunds for change of mind or choosing the wrong size, as these are disposable products.
Material/Size Issues: Refunds or replacements are offered only if the product is of incorrect size or inferior material.
Food Compatibility: We don’t offer refunds if the packaging doesn’t suit your specific food item.
